Our work grew from frontline maternal-health and obstetric-fistula interventions into a broader platform connecting health, protection, opportunity, advocacy, research and storytelling.

Hygiene First builds on our established advocacy and is being developed as a stronger platform for menstrual dignity, handwashing, school WASH and community hygiene.
