Our Purpose

Dignity should never depend on where a woman is born.

We work to ensure women and girls can live healthy, safe, economically empowered and heard.

Our work grew from frontline maternal-health and obstetric-fistula interventions into a broader platform connecting health, protection, opportunity, advocacy, research and storytelling.

Flagship Health Programme

Restore Her Dignity

Fistula repair is the beginning of recovery, not the end.

We connect treatment with prevention, community identification, follow-up and reintegration so women can move from isolation toward health, confidence and opportunity.

Flagship Hygiene Programme

Hygiene First

Healthy communities begin with the habits and systems that protect health every day.

Hygiene First builds on our established advocacy and is being developed as a stronger platform for menstrual dignity, handwashing, school WASH and community hygiene.
